Wylie James Bagley, Ph.D.,LMFT, Director. Dissertation on drug abuse & addiction research was published in 2011 and entitled: "Bridging the Gap in Substance Abuse Treatment: A Qualitative Study in the Dissemination of Evidence Based Practices in Drug and Alcohol Treatment". He established Crossroads in 2008 and has worked as a therapist in the practice since 2003.
Kathryn Renee Bagley, M.MFT., LMFT. Has her master's in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is the Juvenile Drug Court Case Manager for the 4th Judicial District Court. She is currently available for special appointment accomodations.

LMFT Intern, (not pictured), has his master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. He has enjoyed being a part of the Crossroads team and has shared his professional expertise in experience in regular supervision meetings.
